Just a note to tell you that twice now you have saved my life. The first time was a misstep, but yesterday I was really in deep trouble. I had been working on a year's financial report in preparation for seeing a lawyer about settling my Dad's estate. Things have been hard enough as it is, but the disk got corrupted. Thanks for your prompt reply and terrific support. I thought the file I sent was the one I lost because of the name and exact time when crash occurred. I guess in fact there was some kind a crosslinking since it was a text file. These pictures where in the drive at some point but not what I needed. I ran the program again and selected different options (maybe search for deleted text files). One of this options resulted in a list of over 100 text files. I looked at them one by one. If was a bit challenging because they only have word "File" and "Number", no name, time, data or other qualifier. It looks that one of those had most of the information I needed so I went with it. Looks good, so no need to troubleshoot further. Hope I did not loose my FREE support try! Thanks very much again for your software, it saved many hours of my time. (Wanda)

I was able to restore the files on a floppy disk within one hour of downloading the program. The trail version indicated what files would be restored once I purchased the license. thanks for your PRODUCT. i lost a set of chapters for a novel i have been writing for over 2 years, and i'm closing in on the end...or was, until i spilled a cup of coffee with milk all over the disk with the only copies of the files... you saved all but one of the chapters. they're blown to pieces from whatever happens to them when they get corrupted, so i have to do a lot of patching and editing but the content is THERE. i tried two other products and a systems expert and they all said forget it... I would just like to thank you all for such a brilliant piece of software. I had accidently deleted a file from my camera which I thought had ruined my night. I am absolutely delighted that this program recovered it, even though I had used the camera after deleting the file. (Mark Bartley)

I can imagine that you get a lot of emails like this, but thank you sooooooooooooooooooooo much for making such a powerful program to recover my lost powerpoint presentation!!!! I have learned my lesson not to use really old disks. The ~$40 I put out for the software more than makes up for the lost hours I would have had recreating the slides. My wife accidently deleted our wedding photos from, a cd-rw disc and to say she was devasted is an understatement. I went into the Google search engine and found out about your software. You folks created one awesome product here. The 3rd mode worked for me. BadCopy Pro saved roughly 1286 files, and they all seem to work, and are in the recovery folder. There were some bad sectors, but they saved almost 70% of my data. Three cheers to the design team and the programmers. I will be telling all my friends about this product. (Ms Nicole M Berte)
