Hello. Before you here my plea, I want to thank you for your outstanding disk recovery program. My name is Jim Cantlay. Being that I am a teacher, I rely on my grade disk's performance everyday, eventually backing everything up to my laptop. Your BadCopyPro Program was able to revive my unreadable disk where Windows and Norton Disk Doctor could not. Again my gratitude is overwhelming! Thank you. (Jim Cantlay) |

Just thought I'd drop a quick line and say thanks for your help with this problem. My colleague, who thought she'd lost a months coursework was delighted that 90% of it was recovered and it now just requires a paragraph adding before todays deadline! (Mike Stewart) |

To whomever is responsible for Badcopy: You just saved my butt! Last June I created a CD with 299 jpg images. These were not just any snapshots, you see. My son went to his senior prom, graduated from high school, and my daughter graduated with honors from Colorado State University! When I went to look at some of the pics last weekend the disc could not be read. Not in any of four drives in two different computers! Imagine my horror -- all the ceremonies, parties, friends, family were gone! After a few hours of web research I found your site and downloaded the free version. It immediately found and identified 297 of the 299 files! I was astounded and couldn't get my credit card out fast enough! Anyway, all is now well at our house thanks to you! (Mike Fazio

I purchased your product and used it to recover a 14mb file from my cd-rw.
It worked great! Just wanted to say thanks, and find out if you would like a customer testimonial from me? It was a Quicken data file which contained 12 years of my financial transactions..... (Ken Hoff) |

Thank you for your software. My wife did receive her files back. She lost just a sentence or two plus the answers. She had saved 2 weeks of typing. I had seen the length of the file. Thanks again for your software. Have a great day. (David Roy) |

Hey this program is terrific. My friend had 5 years of data on some floppies that could not be replaced. That's why I bought your program. That smile and look of relief on his face was worth every penny I spent on your software. (Roland Blow) |

Your product works great. Thanks for bringing me back from the brink of losing six months work. (Just don't ask me why I still use floppies. (Bob Utter) |

I wanted to thank your team for retrieving my mail list from a corrupted file. The mail list contained costumers I have worked for over the past 15 years and it would have been difficult to recreate the list. Your team saved me! (Garrett Bradford) |

I just wanted you to know that you saved me from a great deal of heartache.
Last week, my husband and I decided to donate our old computer (the one I'd been keeping track of our investment activities on) to our neighbor. Before giving it to our neighbor, I dutifully backed up the information on our trusty old floppy diskettes (which I had been using on the old computer, trouble-free, for years) and then deleted the information from the old computer's hard drive.
A few days later, surprise! Our newer computer was unable to read the floppy! I suspected it had something to do with the old computer using Windows 98 and the new one using a more recent version of Windows. Not wanting to stress my husband out over the bad news (and not wanting to beg our neighbor to let me back at our old computer), I started researching the problem. I was fairly certain that the data was still on my diskette, as the old computer had no problem in opening the files on it, but how to get at it? And if I couldn't, I would need to go back through 5 years of records for the lost information!
One of the websites I'd read described the problem and suggested that I go to download.com to find a solution. I tried two of the trial downloads from other sources to no avail. Then I noticed the ad for BadCopy Pro. I downloaded the demo and, in the process, saw clearly that this program was recognizing my old files from the diskette (and getting to that point was so easy, too)! Finally, a sign of hope! The price seemed quite reasonable, considering what I would be looking at in the way of back-research if I couldn't recover the files. I literally ran to get my credit card out of my purse, that's how desperate I was to have this program.
The service was quick, and within 5 minutes I had my recovered files available to read on my hard drive.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! You are my lifesavers. (Patricia Baker) |

Your product allowed us to recover an Excel file from a damaged disk. Although there was a recent copy on a hard drive, when the user attempted to update the hard drive copy from the diskette damaged diskette, the hard drive copy was lost. Prior to recovery we were not able to open or even copy the file from the diskette. Initial inspection after recovery indicates that most data and formulas are intact. Only some formating appears to be lost. Badcopy saved many hours of work that it would have taken to input data since the last good copy that still existed. It was well worth the purchase price.
